Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute innovative social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Develop compelling and original content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, or collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality materials.
• Schedule and post content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and message.
• Monitor social media interactions, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with the online community to build strong relationships.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with actionable insights for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure the company remains ahead of the curve.
• Design, update, and maintain the company website, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and user experience are optimized.
• Utilize graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for social media and web assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align online strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Web Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in social media management and web design.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools.
  • Expertise in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Basic knowledge of web development tools and platforms (e.g., WordPress, HTML, CSS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Nationality: Open to Indian Nationals currently residing in Qatar.

Salary : 💵 2,500 – 3,000 QAR 💵
