Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Assist in seating guests and provide them with menus.
• Provide attentive and courteous service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Take and accurately record guests’ orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waitress in a multi-branch restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Gulf experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
  Preferred Nationalities: Filipino
