Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring high-quality service.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, following hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist in setting up tables, arranging cutlery, and ensuring a welcoming ambiance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary : 💵 1,900 QAR 💵 (QAR 1,600 basic + QAR 300 food allowance)
