Job responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in seating guests and presenting menus promptly
- Provide detailed information on menu items and take accurate orders
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and in a courteous manner
- Ensure cleanliness of tables and dining area before and after service
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service
- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints gracefully
- Maintain a tidy appearance and follow hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist in preparing the restaurant before opening and closing
- Support team in high-demand situations and maintain smooth operations
Qualifications and requirements:
- Must be of Filipino nationality
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a multi-branch restaurant or similar environment
- Proven customer service and communication skills
- Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support other departments
- Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Must be ready to join immediately upon selection
Salary : 💵 2,600 QAR💵 (39540.83 PHP)
