Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose technical faults and execute corrective measures to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 45001), and company policies.
- Handle and operate various tools, meters, and equipment used for technical repairs and maintenance.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless workflow.
- Work in a 24×7 shift schedule, ensuring smooth operation of equipment and prompt response to system failures.
- Assist in technical documentation, reporting, and inventory management for spare parts and tools.
- Support the implementation of energy-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Maintain workplace safety and adhere to health and environmental regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- ITE / NTC 2/3 / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC.
- Vocational training certification in relevant technical disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the electrical, mechanical, or HVAC industry.
- Strong ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Good communication skills with the ability to speak and understand English.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in handling and managing subcontractors.
- Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001).
