Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the technical team in designing, developing, and implementing advanced software solutions.
  • Manage server-side and client-side architecture to ensure robust and scalable software systems.
  • Optimize the utilization of technical resources and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align technical initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Enforce best practices in coding, software quality, and technical operations.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve technical challenges to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical capabilities and career growth.
  • Conduct code reviews, oversee test-driven development, and ensure continuous integration/deployment.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the team.
  • Document technical processes, tools, and systems to maintain clarity and consistency.
Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Master’s degree in a technical discipline is preferred.

Certifications

  • Relevant technical certifications such as AWS, Azure, or others are a plus.

Technical Expertise

  • 7-10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
  • Proficient in modern web development frameworks and programming languages like React, Angular, Node.js, Python, and PHP.
  • Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, deployment strategies, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Trello.

Leadership Skills

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a diverse technical team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and project managers.

Languages

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7-10 years as a technical lead or senior developer, preferably in the e-commerce or digital solutions domain.
  • Open to: Tunisian, Moroccan, French, Egyptian, Lebanese, Jordanian, Indian, and Filipino Nationalities

Salary : 💵 10,000 – 15,000 QAR 💵
