Job responsibilities:

• Perform daily research on trends, audience interests, and industry updates
• Create and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Schedule regular content including text posts, stories, reels, and graphics
• Join relevant Facebook and WhatsApp groups and actively post ads or company updates to boost reach
• Post classified ads and updates on digital platforms and community forums
• Monitor basic SEO and traffic metrics to understand content performance
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, inboxes, and help increase page activity
• Maintain profile aesthetics with updated banners, highlights, and post formats
• Stay updated on latest trends, social tools, and platform changes
• Assist in editing basic videos or images for social posts using tools like Canva
• Prepare simple performance updates for campaigns and posting efforts
• Ensure consistent posting schedule and brand voice is maintained in all updates

Qualifications and requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a social media executive or assistant
• Strong understanding of Facebook groups, classified platforms, and basic ad posting
• Ability to create simple and attractive posts, captions, and hashtags
• Basic knowledge of Canva or image editing tools for social content
• Good communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp group dynamics
• Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks and content calendars
• Candidates with immediate availability and NOC preferred
