Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead site operations, ensuring work complies with specifications and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, providing hands-on solutions and guidance to the team.
• Oversee project timelines and manage subcontractors to maintain productivity and high-quality standards.
• Regularly review and monitor progress, making adjustments to workflow to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 45001.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports to management on project status, challenges, and key milestones.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Uphold site safety protocols and procedures in line with organizational standards and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Building).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role within construction or engineering.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO standards, safety protocols, and troubleshooting methods.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in team management, subcontractor coordination, and handling multi-disciplinary teams.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in written and spoken English; strong communication skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers and PDAs; familiarity with reporting software is an advantage.
• Personal Attributes: Ability to multitask, handle high-pressure environments, and prioritize effectively.
