Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients seeking immigration services through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online inquiries.
- Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on immigration options, processes, and requirements tailored to their individual needs and qualifications.
- Application Management: Assist clients in preparing and submitting immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and updates throughout the immigration process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies to provide up-to-date information to clients.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting the company’s services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the legal and processing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably within the immigration consultancy or related industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with various immigration programs and procedures, including but not limited to skilled worker programs, student visas, and business immigration.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
