Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients seeking immigration services through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online inquiries.
• Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on immigration options, processes, and requirements tailored to their individual needs and qualifications.
• Application Management: Assist clients in preparing and submitting immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and updates throughout the immigration process.
• Market Research: Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies to provide up-to-date information to clients.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting the company’s services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the legal and processing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably within the immigration consultancy or related industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with various immigration programs and procedures, including but not limited to skilled worker programs, student visas, and business immigration.
• Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Nationality: Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Philippines
