Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with grocery stores, F&B outlets, and other relevant businesses.
- Identify and target potential clients to increase sales and revenue.
- Promote and sell grocery and F&B products to meet sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to monitor needs, gather feedback, and offer tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle, including preparing quotations, closing deals, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account updates.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection of dues.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the Groceries or F&B industry.
- License: Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Good understanding of the Groceries and F&B market in Qatar is an advantage.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales/marketing will be a plus.
- Nationality: Open to Indian nationals.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Hindi or Arabic) is a plus.
Salary : π΅ 2,500 β 3,000 QAR π΅
