Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and engaging manner, helping them find products and offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Promote and display products effectively to attract customer attention and increase sales, ensuring that all promotional materials are accurately positioned.
  • Provide product information, including prices, special offers, and after-sales services, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Handle customer inquiries with excellent communication skills, offering solutions to any issues or complaints and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide detailed information about the products’ features, benefits, and usage, helping customers understand and appreciate the value of items.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, ensuring that all transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area, ensuring that all products are properly displayed, stocked, and presented to customers.
  • Monitor stock levels, report low stock to supervisors, and assist with restocking shelves when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members, contributing to the overall sales targets and providing support to colleagues when needed.
  • Adapt to different customer preferences and effectively handle various sales situations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or as a promoter in supermarkets or department stores.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Product promotion and display experience, with an understanding of how to effectively attract customer attention.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and approachable attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and inquiries efficiently.
  • Team player, capable of working with others to achieve sales goals.
  • Preferred Filipino Nationality Female.
