Key Responsibilities:
- Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff.
- Conducting regular inspections of the kitchen to ensure hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage for compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Checking in on dining customers to gather feedback on food quality and service.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock of food supplies and essentials.
- Reviewing customer feedback and implementing strategies for service improvement.
- Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
- proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a MultibranchΒ restaurant.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain stock levels effectively.
