Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain service excellence
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to ensure optimal performance and team motivation
- Monitor inventory levels, stock usage, and supplier coordination
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage scheduling, budgeting, and cost control to meet financial targets
- Implement promotional strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations
- Use restaurant management software to track performance and streamline operations
- Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance for upper management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a restaurant manager
- Must have worked in a casual or fine dining restaurant setting
- Experience working in the GCC region is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
- Strong leadership and staff management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Nationality: South African only
Salary : 💵 7000 – 9000 QAR💵
