Key responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and quality standards.
- Manage and lead restaurant staff, providing training, guidance, and motivation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Monitor sales performance and financial targets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently, maintaining a positive guest experience.
- Organize and supervise staff schedules and shift management for optimal productivity.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to improve staff efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination to maintain stock levels.
- Implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis to enhance restaurant performance.
Qualifications & requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a multi-branch restaurant.
- GCC experience preferred, with an understanding of the local market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle complaints professionally.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant software.
