Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent service.
  • Manage and train staff, providing feedback to improve performance and productivity.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and cost control.
  • Supervise staff scheduling, workflow, and performance appraisals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and restaurant policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and management for smooth operations.
  • Conduct marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a multi-branch restaurant.
  • GCC experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle customer relations, complaints, and team management.
  • Knowledge of restaurant software, POS systems, and inventory control.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Nationality: Tunisian Female
