Key responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties and front desk tasks
- Manage the phone system, answering and redirecting calls professionally and promptly
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
- Provide office support services to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor and request office supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist in preparing and processing various documents and forms
- Maintain and update the company’s databases and filing systems
- Report any health and safety hazards, environmental concerns, or workplace incidents
- Support and follow company policies on resource utilization and waste disposal
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a front office administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and high attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Must be currently available in Qatar for local hiring
- Nationality: Arab female only
Salary : 💵 5,000 QAR💵
