Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect output samples using industry-appropriate methods and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Train production teams on quality control measures to improve product excellence.
• Maintain product quality in adherence to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standards.
• Conduct routine quality audits and prepare reports to document findings and corrective actions.
• Work collaboratively with production and operations teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to enhance production efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and packaging of products to meet quality expectations.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Certified in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with relevant legal and safety standards.
