Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from conception to delivery.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive efficient project execution and seamless communication.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly to minimize project disruptions.
- Regularly report project status, key metrics, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative project success.
- Align project goals with organizational strategies and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices.
- Analyze data and generate insightful reports for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Masterβs degree in Project Management or Business Administration is preferred.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management with a proven track record in the Qatari market.
- At least 5-7 years managing cross-functional projects, ideally in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related domains.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, and MS Project.
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
- Open to: Tunisian, Moroccan, French, Egyptian, Lebanese, Jordanian Nationalities
Salary : π΅ 20,000 – 25,000 QAR π΅
