Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of events including workshops, festivals, conferences, and public functions
• Handle event logistics, setup, venue coordination, and necessary technical arrangements
• Lead on-site execution with event staff, freelancers, and volunteers
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all project aspects are executed efficiently
• Develop detailed project timelines, task trackers, and action plans
• Maintain all relevant financial documentation, cost tracking, and vendor payment records
• Support in fundraising efforts, sponsorship acquisition, and partnership development
• Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations, local authority guidelines, and permit requirements
• Work with marketing team to implement promotion strategies for maximum event reach
• Deliver clear post-event reports, analysis, and feedback documentation for performance review
• Ensure seamless coordination across departments to maintain project flow
• Handle vendor and artist communication with clear deliverables and follow-ups
• Provide administrative support, maintain project documents and records

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event coordination or project-based roles
• Proven background in handling large-scale public and private events
• Must be locally available in Qatar with valid NOC and immediate joining availability
• Strong knowledge of project coordination tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to multitask under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle diverse teams
• Experience working in cultural, creative, or community-based projects is a plus
• Preference for candidates with flexibility for extended working hours during events
• Strong budgeting, negotiation, and resource management skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Nationality: Any nationality (excluding Arabs)
