Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain t-shirt printing machines for producing high-quality printed shirts.
• Set up and prepare machines for screen printing, heat transfer, DTG (Direct-to-Garment), or vinyl printing, ensuring proper alignment and quality output.
• Inspect materials for printing, ensuring they meet production standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the printing process.
• Ensure that all printed designs are aligned with customer requirements and quality standards.
• Assist in the design process when needed, understanding customer specifications and providing feedback on design feasibility.
• Monitor production timelines to meet deadlines and ensure fast turnaround times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all materials and equipment are properly stored.
• Collaborate with other departments such as design and packaging to ensure the smooth operation of the printing workflow.
• Keep track of inventory for printing supplies and request reorders when necessary.

Requirements:

• Must be 35 years old or below.
• Strong English communication skills are required to collaborate with the team and follow customer instructions.
• Must be a fast learner with the ability to adapt to new techniques and tools quickly.
• Experience in t-shirt printing or a related field is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of different printing methods such as screen printing, heat transfer, DTG, and vinyl is an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with printing machines.
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to ensure high-quality production output.
• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to production challenges.
• Previous experience working in a printing shop or related environment in Qatar is preferred but not mandatory.
• Preferred Filipino Nationality

Salary : 💵 3,000 QAR 💵(46,300PHP) (Negotiable based on experience)
