Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts with precision and creativity.
- Ensure high-quality presentation and consistency in all baked goods.
- Develop new recipes and innovative pastry items based on customer preferences.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Oversee ingredient selection and inventory management to ensure freshness and quality.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate dessert and pastry offerings.
- Monitor baking equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a bakery, restaurant, or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of French and European pastry techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with fondant work and cake decoration.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines.
- Passion for baking with a creative approach to pastry design.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Salary : π΅ 2,300 QAR π΅Β (QAR 2,000 basic + QAR 300 food allowance)
