Responsibilities:
- Create a variety of baked goods, desserts, and pastries, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Design and execute custom cakes and specialty desserts to meet client requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and innovate new pastry menu items.
- Source and manage inventory for pastry ingredients and supplies efficiently.
- Meet deadlines for large-scale orders and special occasions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate an artistic flair in presentation and design of baked goods.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in pastry or dessert preparation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and quality pastry work (pictures of previous works required).
- Pleasing personality with good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- A passion for cats (though not mandatory).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Diploma or certification in pastry arts is a plus.

Salary : π΅ 2,500 QAR π΅(QR 2,200 + QR 300 for Food Allowance)
