Job responsibilities:
- Conduct outdoor sales visits to develop new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Promote and sell company services in the construction and facility management sectors
- Identify prospective customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle
- Conduct market research and stay updated with market trends in construction and facility sectors
- Collaborate closely with the operations and management teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities
- Provide regular reports to management regarding sales performance and market feedback
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and industry events
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain good client relationships after sales closure
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Qatar
- Proven track record in construction or facilities management sales
- Must have a valid Qatar driving license and personal vehicle
- Strong knowledge of Qatar market, including client base and competitors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Must have a valid NOC and be ready to join immediately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an added advantage
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused personality

Salary : 💵 6,000 to 7,000 QAR 💵(full package)
