Key responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote company products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets of 100,000 QAR.
• Conduct outdoor sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, tracking performance and customer feedback.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop effective strategies.
• Ensure a professional and customer-focused approach in all sales interactions.
• Manage and update client databases and CRM systems efficiently.

Qualifications & requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of outdoor sales experience in Qatar or GCC.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
• Must have a valid Qatar driving license.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Tech-savvy with good computer knowledge for reporting and CRM use.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve high sales targets.
• Must complete a 6-month probation period with performance review.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and well-presented professional.
