Key responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities, especially in the hotels, restaurants, and catering (HORECA) sectors
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to promote long-term partnerships
- Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and follow-up meetings to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitors
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness
- Collect client feedback and recommend improvements to the sales strategy and product offering
- Ensure professional representation of the company during all client interactions
Requirements:
- Proven 2–4 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in the HORECA or hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage products, hospitality equipment, or related categories
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Confident in conducting sales presentations and closing deals
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Must possess a valid Qatar driving license and be willing to travel frequently within assigned territory
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
