Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange appointments and meetings with healthcare staff, including clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals, to promote and sell company products.
- Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing features, benefits, and value.
- Identify and evaluate appropriate prospects, schedule appointments, and manage the full sales cycle to close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Follow up with clients on product inquiries, resolve concerns, and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to develop strategic sales approaches.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by proactively engaging prospects and managing a defined sales pipeline.
- Address objections effectively and provide solutions to convert leads into sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in CRM tools or reporting systems.
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, and events to network, share knowledge, and enhance product understanding.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, product performance, and areas for improvement.
- Educate clients on the proper use of products, ensuring satisfaction and post-sale support where necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and business clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools to track and report on sales activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Valid Qatar driving license and own transportation preferred.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
