Job summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst – Inflight Catering to support the execution of key strategic and operational initiatives within our catering division. This role will collaborate closely with production, operations, planning, finance, supply chain, and training teams to ensure seamless coordination, drive innovation, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational data and provide insights to support ongoing and new strategic initiatives
  • Perform shopfloor analysis and time-and-motion studies to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Support delivery of cross-functional projects focused on productivity and cost reduction
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure project success and alignment
  • Monitor adherence to regulatory standards and best practices
  • Provide operational support to match projected business growth plans
  • Present findings and progress updates to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-complexity operational or manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvement or transformation projects
  • Strong exposure to Lean production systems and active shopfloor engagement
  • Six Sigma knowledge or certification is preferred
  • Nationality: Open to all nationalities
    Candidate availability: Must be locally available in Qatar
