Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and promotional campaigns
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, ensuring regular, engaging, and on-brand content
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the sales and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Contribute to planning and executing events, exhibitions, and customer outreach initiatives
- Analyze the performance of campaigns and prepare reports to optimize future efforts
- Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with business goals and target-driven results
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to support business development
- Monitor and maintain the company’s public image in both online and offline channels
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong strategic and research-based analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to meet marketing targets and objectives through persistence and creativity
- Proficient in handling various digital and offline marketing tools
- Must possess a valid Qatar driving license
- Experience with social media marketing, advertising tools, and basic graphic tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Fluent in English and Malayalam preferred
- Nationality: Indian Female (Kerala)
