Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure across the organization.
• Develop and implement network strategies to ensure high availability, security, and scalability.
• Manage large-scale network infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, industry standards, and security protocols, including data protection and cybersecurity measures.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to align network solutions with business needs.
• Evaluate emerging network technologies and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and manage budgets, procurement processes, and vendor contracts for network-related projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the network infrastructure team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in network infrastructure management, with at least 7 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in managing complex IT environments within large-scale organizations.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies, protocols, and best practices, including cloud networking, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
• Expertise in project management tools and techniques, with a proven ability to lead infrastructure projects successfully.
• Familiarity with financial and procurement processes, public service regulations, and IT governance policies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to think strategically and implement cutting-edge network solutions to support business objectives.
• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management for network-related services.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment.
