Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over, cold brew, and other artisanal methods
- Ensure all drinks meet high-quality standards and are presented consistently
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing an excellent customer service experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and overall store environment
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing tools with care and accuracy
- Manage stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies, and report inventory needs
- Educate customers on different types of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and drink options
- Follow health and safety regulations and ensure hygiene practices are met at all times
- Assist in training new baristas when required
- Handle POS transactions efficiently and maintain a clean service counter
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista, preferably in a well-known coffee shop or brand
- Strong experience in making specialty coffee and knowledge of different brewing methods
- Good knowledge of coffee beans, grinders, and espresso machines
- Passionate about coffee and delivering great service
- Must be 35 years old or below
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Presentable, reliable, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Locally available in Qatar with valid NOC preferred
- Nationality: Any nationality
