Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations for restaurant supply chain management.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supply orders to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Track and monitor deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of goods.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies for procurement and shipment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and logistics reports.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies for transportation and storage.
- Optimize logistics processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Handle customs clearance procedures, ensuring all documentation is in place.
- Resolve logistics issues and delays to prevent supply chain disruptions.
- Work closely with the restaurant team to forecast demand and prevent shortages.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a restaurant or F&B industry.
- Age below 35 years.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply chain processes, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Valid Qatar ID and NOC for local hire applicants.
