Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop and present innovative design concepts tailored to clients’ needs.
• Prepare detailed interior design plans, including furniture layouts, lighting, color schemes, and material selections.
• Oversee the selection of furniture, fixtures, and accessories to align with the overall design vision.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Supervise project execution to ensure adherence to the approved design plan.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve any design-related issues.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and industry developments to provide fresh and innovative ideas.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all design implementations.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (BS Interior graduate preferred).
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
• Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
