Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and servicing of HVAC equipment and machinery.
2. Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems according to established schedules.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficient operation and repair of HVAC systems.
4. Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers.
5. Assist in servicing and maintaining existing maintenance contract customers.
6. Lead and manage a small team of technicians or workers for specific projects.
7. Ensure compliance with safety standards during all maintenance and installation activities.
8. Document maintenance tasks, service reports, and equipment inspections.
9. Identify opportunities for improvement in system performance and recommend upgrades or modifications.
10. Stay updated with the latest advancements in HVAC technology and equipment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, installation, and repair.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and servicing HVAC equipment.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Basic proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
• Age limit: Below 35 years.
