Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of ICT and AV/ELV systems in sports venues or large-scale events.
• Manage end-to-end technology operations, including ICT infrastructure, AV/ELV solutions, broadcasting, and security systems.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and support for systems such as video conferencing, PA systems, sound reinforcement, video display technologies, IPTV, CCTV, access control, and turnstiles.
• Ensure seamless technology integration across venue facilities to optimize event experiences.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with venue requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and government authorities.
• Implement IT best practices and security protocols to maintain system efficiency and data protection.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure uninterrupted venue operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT and AV professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends to enhance venue capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in ICT, AV/ELV system implementation, maintenance, and support.
• Strong background in sports venues or large-scale events is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in ICT infrastructure, AV/ELV solutions, including video conferencing, PA systems, sound reinforcement, video display, IPTV, broadcasting, CCTV, and access control.
• Experience in IT management and project delivery, preferably in a venue or hospitality environment.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (PMP certification is a plus).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in project management or ICT systems are preferred.
• Experience handling large-scale AV/ELV projects in stadiums, arenas, or similar environments is an advantage.
