Key responsibilities:
- Create and arrange floral designs for a wide range of occasions, including weddings, birthdays, and corporate events
- Interact with customers to understand their floral preferences, provide recommendations, and process orders accurately
- Design unique and creative bouquets, centerpieces, and decorative floral pieces using fresh and artificial flowers
- Maintain and manage inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools, ensuring fresh stock and proper storage
- Monitor and care for flowers and plants to ensure optimal freshness and presentation
- Prepare and package orders for delivery, coordinating logistics where necessary
- Collaborate with clients to plan and execute floral arrangements for special events and occasions, ensuring requirements are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and display areas
- Stay updated on floral trends, seasonal flowers, and modern design techniques
- Assist with pricing, order tracking, and basic cash handling or POS operations when required
Requirements:
- Preferably with GCC experience as a florist
- Proven experience in floral design, with strong creativity and an eye for detail, color, and composition
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in handling floral tools and arranging equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders
- Basic math skills for pricing and inventory
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons
- Passionate about flowers and committed to quality presentation and customer satisfaction
- Nationality: Female Filipino
