Job responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment
- Supervise daily maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements across multiple sites
- Manage service contracts, vendor negotiations, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Plan and monitor facility budgets, including maintenance, utility, and capital improvement expenses
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues and arrange necessary maintenance
- Ensure all facilities meet regulatory compliance standards and company policies
- Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors on ongoing HE projects
- Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Maintain updated records of all facility inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs
- Implement health and safety procedures to protect all occupants
- Manage staff schedules, supervise maintenance teams, and ensure high standards of service delivery
- Collaborate with senior management to develop facility improvement plans and strategies
- Handle emergency situations and facility-related incidents promptly
- Report and present updates on facility status to leadership
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or construction field
- Must have proven portfolio of HE projects handled successfully
- Strong understanding of building maintenance procedures and occupational safety
- Good leadership skills with ability to manage teams and vendors effectively
- Must possess a valid Qatar driving license and have a personal vehicle
- Knowledge of facility management software tools and reporting systems preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must have a valid NOC and be ready to join immediately
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Salary : 💵 5,500 to 6,000 QAR 💵(full package)
