Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and locally available chefs with a strong background in fine dining establishments or 4-5 star hotel kitchens. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of both international and Arabic cuisines, with proven ability to create refined, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes with a focus on both Arabic and international culinary standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are met.
- Contribute to menu planning, costing, and seasonal offerings.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3β5 years of experience in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels.
- Proficient in Arabic and international cuisines (e.g., Mediterranean, European, Asian).
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, mise en place, and service flow.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Must be currently based in Doha.
Preferred:
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience with menu development and kitchen leadership.
