Key responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimations, billing documentation, and invoices for various projects.
• Analyze project requirements, material costs, labor, and overhead expenses for accurate pricing.
• Ensure invoicing processes are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
• Work closely with the finance, procurement, and project management teams to streamline billing operations.
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control measures.
• Validate job orders, service completion reports, and client agreements for proper invoicing.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, quotations, and invoices for auditing purposes.
• Conduct market research and cost analysis to improve pricing strategies.
• Provide support in tendering, contract reviews, and financial reporting.
• Ensure all estimates and invoices are aligned with the revenue forecast and business objectives.

Qualifications & requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Alternatively, experience in onshore industrial engineering fabrication, design, and construction will be considered.
• Minimum 3+ years of continuous experience in a reputed shipyard or industrial engineering firm.
• Strong understanding of cost estimation, invoicing, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, billing software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of shipbuilding, marine repair, or industrial fabrication processes is an advantage.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with internal teams and clients.
• Age below 40 years old preferred.
