Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot ELV systems including Building Management Systems (BMS), CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Audio-Visual systems.
• Perform system integration, testing, and commissioning of low voltage electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, BS) and local regulatory guidelines.
• Supervise and lead a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to execute projects effectively.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities for ELV systems.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and project proposals.
• Develop maintenance strategies and manage budgets for repair and servicing activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project completion within deadlines.
• Provide technical training and support to junior engineers and technicians.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV systems installation, maintenance, integration, testing, and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and ISO compliance.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams and manage projects efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in technical report writing, documentation, and communication.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
