Key Responsibilities

• Create technical drawings, manufacturing schematics, and architectural plans based on specifications and calculations.
• Prepare and present detailed drawings of architectural designs and plans for buildings and structures.
• Use computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software to prepare high-precision technical drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, well-detailed, and in compliance with industry and safety standards.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project changes.
• Assist in preparing documentation, including material lists and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure alignment with project designs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a draftsman, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in CADD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of drafting techniques, engineering principles, and construction practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with project teams.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to project changes.
