Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily collection activities, including follow-ups with clients and debtors via visits, phone calls, and emails
- Initiate and manage the legal collection process for bounced checks and overdue accounts
- Maintain strong communication with legal consultants to initiate appropriate legal actions
- Monitor and manage debt repayment schedules and ensure timely recovery
- Provide accurate and timely collection reports to the General Manager on a daily/weekly basis
- Set and achieve collection targets, maintaining a strong focus on recoveries and settlements
- Coordinate with internal teams to verify outstanding balances and update financial records
- Negotiate with clients to resolve disputes and secure payment commitments
- Maintain updated and organized records of collection cases, legal actions, and client feedback
- Promote effective and professional communication when handling sensitive collection cases
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit collection, with proven legal recovery exposure
- Strong understanding of collection laws, legal procedures, and documentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and work independently under pressure
- Must hold a valid Qatar driving license
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is preferred
- Familiarity with debt collection systems, tools, and legal documentation practices
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
