Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee culinary operations across multiple locations, ensuring high standards in food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Develop and create innovative menus that reflect a diverse range of cuisines, with a focus on Asian cuisine, Italian street food, fast food like McDonald’s, and coffee shop sweets.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety, and hygiene practices.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for menu development, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all culinary operations.
• Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure proper maintenance of equipment and cleanliness of kitchen areas.
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and procurement to ensure timely availability of ingredients while minimizing waste.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best quality products at competitive prices.
• Analyze customer feedback and adjust menus and operations accordingly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff to continuously improve culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Corporate Chef or Executive Chef, with expertise in Asian cuisine, Italian street food, fast food (e.g., McDonald’s), and coffee shop sweets.
• Strong culinary skills and creativity in developing diverse and innovative menus.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple locations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
• GCC experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
