Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards of quality and taste
- Specialize in international cuisines, with a focus on Italian and American dishes
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices in the kitchen
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation across all meals
- Supervise kitchen staff and assist in daily kitchen operations
- Monitor stock levels and assist in kitchen inventory management
- Follow recipes, menus, and preparation techniques as directed by the head chef
- Support the team during service hours and ensure timely food preparation
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional culinary experience
- Proven knowledge of Italian, American, and international cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must have a valid NOC and be ready to join immediately
- Any culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
