Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of catering services for desert camps.
• Develop and design menus that reflect a blend of European, Asian, and Arabic cuisines, ensuring high quality and variety.
• Manage daily catering operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Lead and supervise the catering team, providing training and guidance to ensure excellent service and teamwork.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets to control costs and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences, and ensure customer satisfaction through personalized service.
• Implement and maintain HACCP principles and food safety certifications, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest food industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the catering services.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively, making necessary adjustments to improve service quality.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of catering facilities and equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field of study.
• Proven experience in a catering management role, preferably with experience in desert camps.
• Extensive knowledge of European, Asian, and Arabic cuisines and industry trends.
• Preferably with GCC experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and possession of Food Safety Certifications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary : 💵 4,000 – 5,000 QAR 💵
