Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and clean vehicles using appropriate techniques and tools, including spraying water, applying soap, and scrubbing surfaces.
- Detail drying of vehicles with wipes to ensure no watermarks or streaks are left behind.
- Vacuum vehicle interiors, ensuring seats, carpets, and mats are clean and debris-free.
- Polish windows and mirrors for a crystal-clear finish.
- Perform waxing and polishing as necessary to maintain vehicle exteriors.
- Ensure vehicles are presented to clients in a showroom-like condition, resembling a brand-new look.
- Inspect vehicles for stains, grime, and other defects before completing the wash.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workplace, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Adhere to safety standards while handling washing tools, chemicals, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to ensure high-quality service.
- Assist with any additional vehicle detailing services as required by the company.
Qualifications:
- Newcomers or minimum 1 year of experience in car washing or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of automotive wash techniques and detailing.
- Good eye for detail to ensure high-quality results in all tasks.
- Hard-working and motivated, able to work efficiently and quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple vehicles in a fast-paced environment.
