Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer experiences.
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff to maintain operational efficiency and high service standards.
• Oversee cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food safety regulations within the coffee shop.
• Address customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
• Create and implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to avoid shortages or wastages.
• Develop and manage budgets to control costs and maximize profitability.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by all staff.
• Stay updated on market trends to introduce new offerings and enhance the customer experience.

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Coffee Shop Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to handle staff and customers effectively.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Experience in managing inventory and budgets for operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts professionally.
