Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and select products and services in line with company requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to ensure the best deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of purchased goods and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand their needs and ensure alignment with purchasing activities.
  • Manage and track inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a purchasing or buyer role.
  • Proficiency in speaking Chinese language.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to maintain supplier connections.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Filipino nationality Female preferred.

Salary : 💵 4,000 QAR 💵(64,000PHP)
