Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages following standardized recipes.
- Ensure high-quality presentation and consistency in all drinks served.
- Operate juicers, blenders, shakers, and other beverage-making equipment efficiently.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the bar and juicing station in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring fresh ingredients and supplies are always available.
- Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and customize drinks based on preferences.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and maintain proper billing records.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quick service without compromising quality.
- Assist in menu development, introducing new drinks and seasonal beverages.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality or culinary arts is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar, juice bar, or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, juice blends, and beverage-making techniques.
- Expertise in drink preparation (smoothies, fresh juices, mocktails, and coffee-based beverages is a plus).
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic bar equipment maintenance and food safety regulations.

Salary : 💵 2,000 – 3,000 QAR💵
