Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages.
• Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
• Ensure quality and consistency in beverage preparation.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of service and seating areas for a pleasant customer experience.
• Describe menu items and suggest products to customers based on their preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or concerns promptly.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Experience in art latte is preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and beverage recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
