Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, including specialty drinks, with precision and artistry.
• Showcase expertise in latte art and create visually appealing coffee presentations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, equipment, and coffee bar area.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards at all times.
• Engage warmly with customers, recommend menu items, and answer any inquiries about beverages.
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and restocking supplies as needed.
• Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality and a friendly demeanor.
• Submit pictures of prior work to demonstrate artistic and technical coffee-making skills (required).

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a barista in a coffee shop or café.
• Pleasing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in preparing specialty coffee, commercial coffee, and a strong command of latte art techniques.
• A love for cats is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure.

Salary : 💵 2,300 QAR 💵(QR 2,000 + QR 300 for Food Allowance)
