Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks.
• Design and craft visually appealing coffee presentations.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee flavors, origins, and brewing techniques to provide exceptional customer recommendations.
• Engage with customers, understand their preferences, and ensure a memorable coffee experience.
• Manage daily operations, including maintaining cleanliness, restocking inventory, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service during busy hours.
• Upsell and promote beverages and menu items to meet sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista, with expertise in coffee preparation and presentation.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of coffee flavors, brewing methods, and equipment.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity in coffee design and presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Nationality: Open to candidates from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Salary : 💵 4,500 – 5,000 QAR 💵
