Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks with consistency and quality.
• Exhibit excellent latte art skills to enhance customer experience.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Engage with customers warmly and professionally, offering recommendations and personalized service.
• Manage inventory levels for coffee, milk, and other supplies to avoid shortages.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Barista, specializing in coffee preparation.
• Proficient in creating specialty coffee beverages and latte art.
• Knowledgeable in operating espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
• Availability to join immediately and possess a valid NOC.
• Dedicated to maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
