Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty and commercial coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
• Create high-quality latte art designs to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and workstations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending beverages.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared according to company standards and recipes.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management for timely restocking.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in training junior staff members on coffee preparation techniques and latte art.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista, with a strong focus on specialty coffee preparation.
• Proficiency in creating latte art designs.
• Knowledge of operating espresso machines and other coffee preparation equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passionate about coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Salary : 💵 2,500 QAR 💵 (QR 2,000 + 300 Food Allowance)
